The Which? Wills Process
Step 1
These are 4 "Yes or No" questions which should take you in total
no more than 2 to 3 minutes to answer. This will ensure the Which?
Wills Service is right for you.
Step 2
Will Information Questionnaire - This will take you through the relevant questions to enable our software to produce your Will. If at any stage you need help completing the questionnaire you can call our chosen Specialist Wills Solicitors Blake Lapthorn between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) who will be on hand to provide general guidance through the process. Please note section 4(1) of our terms & conditions of business.
To save your information as you go through the Will Information Questionnaire you must register as a Which? User with your email address and a password of your own choice (if you don't register then your information will be lost) - then complete the relevant questions to enable our software to produce your Will.
Tip :- If you are completing a Will for you and your partner then the process is as follows:
- Complete your Will Information Questionnaire
- Select your Will package at this point you decide between a single and mirror will
- You will then need to pay for your Will
- Your partner then completes their Will Information Questionnaire
Step 3
Select the package you want and pay for your Will - Once you have completed steps 1 & 2 and paid for your Will it is sent to our Specialist Wills Solicitor to check that it reflects your answers to the questions. On the basis that it does it will be delivered to you electronically for downloading and signing.
Step 4
When you have downloaded your Will, check it is ok and then follow the signing instructions.
