Following the completion of your Will, we recommend that you store it in a safe, fire proof place. Remember that it must be accessible to your chosen executors and you will need to ensure it can be found should you die. If your Will cannot be found, then your estate may be distributed as it would have been should you have died intestate.

How it works

Once your Will is signed and witnessed just send your Will to Lifetime Legal in the secure wallet they will provide. Once they have received your Will they will scan and store it digitally, your Will will be accessible only through your own unique Lifetime Legal login.

The original Will is sealed in a waterproof wallet and locked in a fireproof facility. Only you will be able to request the return of your Will during your lifetime or your Executors if they are administering your estate, giving you complete peace of mind.
