Which? Wills is a service provided by Which? Legal Service* and Which? 

Which? exists to tackle the issues that matter to all consumers. We campaign to make sure consumers get treated fairly, and we publish magazines, books and websites to help people make the right choice.

Our Will writing service offers an online only solution that will enable you to put your affairs in order without having to visit a high street solicitor. Our service is supported by Specialist Wills Solicitors Blake Lapthorn, who also offer general telephone support as part of the service. Their opening hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Please note section 4(1) of our terms & conditions of business.

*Which? Legal Service is a subscription based service which offers unlimited telephone and email legal advice from a team of solicitors, non practising barristers and employment law specialists, many of whom appear regularly on TV, radio and in the press. Our advisors come from a variety of professional backgrounds and are among the UK's leading lawyers in consumer and employment law.
